1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CHIMFY ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Verification

CHIMFY is an exclusive social platform for students of Nigerian universities, polytechnics, and colleges of education. To use the Platform, you must be a verified student, alumni, or aspirant of an institution we support. We reserve the right to verify your student status and to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or scams, particularly in the Campus Marketplace.

4. Campus Marketplace

The Campus Marketplace is a venue for students to buy, sell, and trade items. CHIMFY is not a party to any transaction between users. You are solely responsible for your interactions and transactions with other users. We strongly advise meeting in safe, public campus locations for any exchanges.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on CHIMFY. By posting content, you grant CHIMFY a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". CHIMFY makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
